Neither a palm nor tree, the Ponytail Palm is actually a succulent. It's a forgiving plant but it will need bright light most of the year. Can be grown as a houseplant with the correct amount of light. Place outside in the summer for maximum brightness. Don't overwater.
Shipping Policy: We currently only ship within the United States, and we do not ship plants to Idaho, Montana, Florida, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Texas at this time.
We ship our plants bare root, without soil and a pot, and as-is. Our cacti and succulents will not be identical to the one pictured but will be similar. The plant color varies based on its growing condition so the cactus or succulent you receive may not be exactly the color in the photo. Please note that when opening your package, leftover loose soil may be in the box. Some plants are fragile and may lose a few leaves during transport. There are no warranties implied and no guarantees made. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy.
Weather: During cold months or if you live in a cold climate, please consider notifying us to hold off shipping your plant until warmer weather. We cannot be responsible for any plants that freeze or are harmed by cold weather during shipping, and it is the customer's responsibility to determine if excessive weather will impact the life and quality of plants. If you have any questions, or you want us to hold off shipping, please contact us.
